At the event, the CEO of the Hesmor Asia Pacific office Mr. Shouwei Dong layed out the current situation of the company as well as the outlook of the company on the Asian market especially the Chinese market.At an interview with the associate of the Gongkong web side, Mr. Dong emphazided the uniqueness of Hesmor as a German company.The uniqueness lies in the bussiness strategy of customized products with spezial focus on the Asian market especially China.

Hesmor was established in the mid 90's in Aachen, Germany.At a time of speedy development and innovation of control- and CanBus- technology for conventional and hydraulic control systems.Hesmor GmbH has always focused on customized products and customer service. The developmment of electronic circuits for sensor and control technology has made Hesmor a global provider of hi-tech solutions of sensor and control technology. Since 2005 the company has refocused its product offerings on the changing market requirements, while the strategy is driven by the own brand concept.

The new concept of Hesmor's product lines are Hi-tech developments of sensors and control systems for different industries and their market segments.Hesmor is also focusing on the development of "turn key control system solutions" for the mobile equipment industry according to the rquirements of construction machinery, rail vehicles as well as harvesting machinery for farming and forestry applications. These are applications which are listed under the topic "mobile machinery controls".Because of excellent electro-mechanical installation and interface designs, software operating platforms and outstanding achievements of product features, has Hesmor advanced to one of the top five suppliers of control systems for the leading manufacturers of mobile equipment.

Longtime experience in the area of customer defined design services for multiple applications in different industries has greatly expanded the knowledge and understanding industry requirements at Hesmor.The focus of our product technology are sensors and control systems for a great variety of applications in different indutries. Hesmor has developed for those applications standard products, which accommodate the requirements and are widely used in the following areas; Hydrotechnic-, wind energy-, solar energy, pressure and packing machinery-, glass production-, automotive- and oil delivery- applications.The world largest automobile manufacturer General Motors uses a customized encoder solution of Hesmor in its automobile production lines.

As the customer specific bussiness strategy plays an important role in the development of the company, on the European and global automation market. It is our goal enhance and support the development of "state of the art" control systems to more manufacturers of mobile equipment in China in order to strengthen the Chinese manufacturers in order to compete on the global market.

Answering the question how Hesmor's position of customer service is being realized, Mr. Dong answered that most of the European and American companies are only represented in China by distributors or representing Sales agents and not by the the company itself.Although some companies have established offices in China, they are only sales offices with very little technical support.The different cooperative approach of Hesmor can be layed out as follows.

1.  Hesmor’s bussiness structure for industrial mobile machinery consists of technical sales agents, which provide system solutions to the customer. Technical sales agents are supported by our OEM partners network. This system guarantees our Chinese customers 24 hour technical support county wide.

2. Since 2008 Hesmor is staffed with sales-, marketing- and application engineering- departments. In 2009 the Asia-Pacific-Logic center was established at the Shanghai Pudong Zhangjiang High-Tech Zone in order to provide the best possible customer service.

3. At this time Hesmor is in the process to establish a Technolgy Center in China. Our team of engineers at the Technology Center will work very closely with our customers to provde the best possible solutions for the customers specific applications as far as technology as well as feasability. The China Technology Center will be able to conduct timely R&D analyses on customer- and market requests, which will result in great time savings.The actual development and production facility will remain in Germany in order to achieve  maximum efficentie and customer driven R&D.

Lately Hesmor’s focus has been increasingly on the Asian market, therefore Hesmor founded in 2008 a sales office in China.In 2009 Hesmor established a subsidiary of Hesmor at the Zhangjiang High-Tech Center in Pudong Shanghai and startet the Asia-Pacifc Logistics Center, subsequently Hesmor established in 2010 the Technology Center for customer applications and is in the process of establising the regional structure of Hesmor in China with representation in other Asian countries in 2011.Our vision is to progressively increase our strategic presents in Asia over the next five years.

Mr. Franz Schröder, CEO of Hesmor GmbH addressed our guests via video message. Mr. Schröder expressed great expectation in the market development on the Chinese and the Asian market.Mr. Kahlen representing Hesmor GmbH, Germany, explained the use of Hesmor’s products at the waste management system at the world Expo 2010 in Shanghai.
